  - Trim Makefile header down to two lines
  - Remove defunct mirror from MASTER_SITES
  - Use modern LIB_DEPENDS syntax
  - Convert USE_GMAKE and USE_PERL5 to USES
  - Kill EOL space, fix formatting in pkg-descr
