This maintainer timed out once on this port in 6 years, and only at 3
weeks. They have been active on other ports since then as well. Perhaps
there has been no activity because the port has not needed updates. It
fetches from our distfile cache and probably works fine. The maintainer
may not know of the upstream situation.

The maintainer should be contacted, or PR sent, instead of resetting and
deprecating.
