Many of those addresses are now gone.  Sometimes it is possible to trace
them back via original PR or Google, but I believe it would be harder and
harder as time goes by.  (Yes, I agree that this meta-information bears no
significant value other than nostalgic, but given that our Ports per se is a
great archive of open source movement during last ~20 years, I tend to dig
out and keep this bits of information for historic purposes.  Imagine if
someone would want to find out how many ports were submitted from something
like GeoCities addresses 50 years from now.)

However, as I've said, I prefer this header standardized (down to formatting)
and would not even object if we decide to remove it completely, for the
sake of consistency which I personally value a lot.
