For ports which I wanted to change more than these "mechanical" (by nature,
not by the way they were made) changes, I've send diffs to maintainers.
Given low number of ports in this category I thought it could be nice try to
see if per-category changes for massively similar fixes can work out WRT to
header trimming and COMMENT changes, as doing it globally would create a bit
too high repo stress portmgr@ is concerned about.
