Hi Peter,

In hindsight, making devel/ncurses a mandatory dependency was a mistake.
I'll be committing an update to both irc/weechat and irc/weechat-devel
to change this to an optional dependency (defaulting to not selected) as
soon as the patches pass mentor review.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience or wasted time this has
caused you.
