Okay, I have tried to build my patch with the porters-handbook in the
xml-tools branch, and it appears to be working still.  (Although I
have fixed some other mistakes I found in the 4.2 sources.)

However, the generated file misses some of the sections (e.g. the one
about USES but has the associated table in the appendix), while I do
not receive any error or warning messages for this, perhaps this one
only (multiple times):

Element svnref in namespace '' encountered in entry, but no template matches.

Do you have any ideas what could be the reason?
