USB Improvment status report2

Hi,

Here is my status report for this week.

Concerning at91 (not committed yet):

- Update the pmc code to work with at91sam9261 SoC.
- Add USB Host (It don't work yet due to some clock
problems)

Concerning libusb-1.0 :

- Fix bugs.
- Implement tests.
- Try Hans Petter code for web cams (works well :) )

I am currently working on libusb transfer following Hans Petter
web cam code (I Hope it will work tomorrow).
