I've taken the _POSIX_ACL to refer to the availability of userland library
ACL services, whereas I've used POSIX1E_ACL as the kernel option. I'm not
sure if it makes sense to use the same constant or not--it probably does
and I should probably change it to match.
Right now I don't define _POSIX_ACL in userland (or POSIX1E_ACL) but
should do so. I'll put that in the next release.
