	Add a Terasic tPad hints file for BERI -- essentially, the DE-4
	configuration sans certain DE-4-specific devices.  We'll want to
	add further devices here in the future, largely supported by
	avgen(4) rather than device-specific device drivers (e.g., the
	tPad touch screen).
