	Introduce the new USB device ID lookup function and belonging 
	structures, which is inspired by "struct usb_device_id" from the
	Linux USB stack, but is not completely identical. This function
	will replace the  existing "usb_lookup" and "struct usb_devno".
	This should also simplify syncing of device ID's between Linux
	and *BSD.
