	Integrate Arla/AFS include files into Arla project tree.  They
	don't really belong in fs/nnpfs except in as much as nnpfs seems to
	depend on them being defined.  Possibly this is a bug in npfs or in
	these include files, as ideally nnpfs would not contain AFS/Arla-
	specific definitions.
