	Add a first draft of a debug port for the GDB backend. The
	debug port is registered in the same way as a console and
	the GDB backend pretty much goes through the same probe,
	select and initialize steps as the console. The end result
	being that a single device is selected as the communication
	medium. As such, any device that has a GDB_DBGPORT entry
	can be used.
	
	This file is not hooked into the build yet.
