Xen 4.12 - systemrescuecd-6.0.3.iso - Baremetal reboots

Hello Roger,

First of all thank you very much. xen-kernel 4.12.0_4 had the issue fixed,
At least I was able to boot for example a debian 10 without any issue.

I am going to deploy some machines. You r0x as always :)
