function states, it's better to fix this in dhclient (ala the referenced
dhcp-4.2.2-xen-checksum.patch) than add a workaround with iptables mangle.
While I'm not an openstack nova person and can't do anything about their choice
of using this workaround, I'm hoping that for FreeBSD at least we can teach
dhclient about checksum offloaded packets.
