There is no support for a Xen hypervisor running on a Freebsd host.
You should try instead bhyve (http://wiki.freebsd.org/BHyVe) which
is the native freebsd hypervisor.
Or also take a look in ports for virtualbox which is also an hypervisor
to run guest VM.
