INCREASED BOUNTY: FreeBSD DOMU USB Passthrough support

I am interested in a patch or patches that provide the
ability to pass through a USB Dongle from the Xen DOM0 
into a FreeBSD 6.3 or later DOMU and have it appear as a 
usable USB device in the DOMU.

I am willing to pay $1000 dollars for a patch that provides
this support.
