Xorg 7.5 and Openmotif applications.

Two months ago, there was a brief discussion on this list about
Motif-based applications being broken with xorg-server-1.7.5, a
patch was circulated, and alternatively dropping in xorg-server-1.7.7
was suggested. Whatever became of that?

Anyway, with 1.7.7 the mwm(1) window manager is still broken. Last
week this finally reached the attention of the xorg mailing lists,
and Peter Hutterer fixed the problem with commit
018c878e9495b21146c8f38617fdd1bf6d8cc73b, although I don't know in
what version of the server this will show up.

Here is the relevant fix; it works with 1.7.7.
