ports/131124: x11/xorg - New xorg 7.4 hangs until mouse is moved when AllowEmptyInput turned off

 I am seeing the same problem (see also my comments on ports/131016),
 and it's still there after upgrading to xf86-input-mouse-1.4.0_1.
 (I also did a portupgrade -a just to be safe.)
