xorg-server fails to build (Stop in xorg-server-1.5.3/glx)

I just saw the message from Ricardo Jesus (about PR 131789).

It looks like gpac-libgpac still points to /usr/X11R6 by
default.  I suspect some people have a /usr/X11R6 -> /usr/local
sym link and some do not.
