compiz bcop problems

it's getopt... check your path... Unfortunately, I am not sure what the
"right" way to ensure that we use gnu getopt is.  The port system
handles it, so the building under the ports system works.  Setting my
path the /usr/local/bin:${PATH} allows bcop to work for me...
