Upgrade Xorg 6.9->7.2 dies in libGLU

As is says, it can't find libGL for some reason. Check if you have
libGL.so* either in /usr/local/lib or /usr/X11R6/lib. Something went
wrong, I'm not sure what it is but installing graphics/libGL should
solve your problem.
