Starting compiz on KDE 3.5 , Xorg 7.2

For the moment, the port does not support KDE.  (i.e. I disable it)  The
0.6.0 version which should be released shortly has some new KDE
integration bits, but I don't have a KDE testing environment at the
moment.  Patches are happily accepted, but I can't currently test beyond
tinderboxing it all to make sure it builds cleanly.

Compiz also has a configuration gui, which I will probably get committed
in the next day or so.  The big caveat is that enabling/disabling
plugins via ccsm is causing compiz to segfault.  I don't yet have a
solution to that problem, so I still recommend configuring or at least
enabling/disabling plugins via gconf editor.
