Using imwheel with Freebsd 6.1 and xorg 6.9.0_2

This is reportedly fixed with either or both of commits
2ce9bbe76c788fe7c41d2607577c867e5a3d9608 and
12bd04878774154fe83d785418b87dd37b4f2f15 to xf86-input-mouse, which was
released as 1.1.1.  Time to get modular in the tree!
