You can't mix and match.  Remove it all (pkg_delete -f), and install
what you want to actually use.  I use the xorg ports here, and it only
requires a one-line change to bsd.port.mk to keep dependencies of other
ports registering happily.  There will be an xorg metaport to use soon.
