libxkbfile-1.0 conflict with xorg-*

I updated to xorg yesterday and lost some of my xkb keyboard settings in 
KDE. I added libxkbfile, which promptly killed xorg. You need conflicts 
in the libxkbfile port to xorg-libraries.

There is one coming back, which makes you delete files before you can 
re-add xorg-libraries, but you shouldn't be able to install libxkbfile 
to begin with.
