Dear Eir,

We are the FreeBSD Webmasters / www content group. We have no relation
with forums.freebsd.org for this matter. I cannot tell you why you are
blocked and how you should be able to use the forum.

On the forums page's there are no contacts mentioned (from a very quick
glance); but a page that should be used to submit questions and the like.
I understand that that is a bit difficult, but perhaps from a different
network?
