freebsd website questions

Tom pointed me to Emily, the GSoC student who did some work for you
guys back in '05. She was able to give me a bit more background info
on the project.

Something else caught my attention regarding FreeBSD's site. I noticed
you don't require your website mirrors to have PHP installed. What are
the odds of you changing this requirement in the future? How common is
it for big mirrors to not have PHP available?
