The web interface for send-pr (http://www.freebsd.org/send-pr.html) is working correctly, but its translated japanese version (http://www.freebsd.org/ja/send-pr.html) doesn't work.

Of course, I have filled all forms with English and exactly correct CAPTCHA string.
However, the server has sent the following error message:
