I searched a long time for a good new 754 Socket Board to use it on some machines with FreeBSD, PC-BSD and FreeNAS.

I am VERY happy with this one here: "Asus K8N4-E SE"
URL: http://www.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=3&l2=14&l3=172&model=980&modelmenu=1

chipset: NVIDIA nForce4 (incl. Serial ATA
sound: Realtek ALC850
lan: NVIDIA nForce4 NV Gigabit

Simply EVERYTHING works out of the box with PC-BSD. When installing FreeBSD with KDE etc. also everything works fine (lan, sound...).
Not testet: RAID.

Maybe you are able to list this information at http://www.freebsd.org/platforms/amd64/motherboards.html to help other users like me :-)

Tank you for your great work guys...

Greetings from Germany,
Andreas

PS: hoping my english is not as bad as I think ^^
