cvsweb glitch

Cvsweb seems to be reading an out of date or corrupt repo.  In
particular:

http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/etc/rc.d/localpkg

is missing rev 1.5.2.1.  Is this a known issue?
