That is now updated.

FreeBSD web site has some delay from actual commit to update
as I mentioned before.

I do not familiar with web build details, however, the sequence is
like follows in this case.
  	
  10/28 23:37:05 -0800	Murray's commit
  10/29 01:22:00 -0800	Full build
  10/29 20:08:28 +0100	Your first mail
  10/29 13:22:00 -0800	Full build without PR and port statistics
  10/29 14:32:24 -0800	My (wrong) commit
  10/29 21:22:00 -0800	English www only build
  10/29 21:25:17 -0800	My commit
  10/30 09:25:19 +0100	Your 2nd mail
  ...
  10/30 13:22:00 -0800	Full build without PR and port statistics

Murray's commit and my commit might not get into those web builds.
And also note that SGML included texts, like includes.release.sgml,
are only reflected on Full build.
