Subscriptions to/for freebsd-ww@freebsd.org list?

freebsd-www@ was closed for a long time.
I yelled about this and eventually had it opened up.
As of the last time I tried, anyone could subscribe with no moderator
approval.
It should stay that way, or be merged with the doc@ list. In any
case, it should certainly stay open for all who are interested in
improving the web site.
