I think it should point directly to http://www.FreeBSD.org/cgi/man.cgi
since the mirrors (most likely) won't have man.cgi working. Otherwise
it looks good to me (I also build tested it).
Btw. both NetBSD and OpenBSD also have a link to their manual pages on
their front web page. Just an observation to support adding it...
