request for testing: please test -head ath 11n stuff

Hi,

I've just added some bits:

* BAR TX handling;
* RTS aggregation limitations for AR5416 (8K aggregates);
* Fix duration and HT protection mode handling;
* flip on HT protection mode (RTS) by default, configurable by 'htprotmode'.

I'd appreciate it if users tested this code out.

Next: re-working the power save queue handling stuff in ath(4).
