Atheros 5212 based card causing system freeze - suggested replacement?

Thanks - Looking at the link below, all AR5416 based cards seem to be PCI 
cards. The PCI Express version looks like they are based on the AR5418

Is that correct, or are there some PCI Express cards based on the AR5416? If 
not, do you think a card based on the AR5418 will be OK?
