intel3945 ahdemo/monitor mode error "ifconfig: create: bad value"

I found update. If I do wlan1 ahdemo:

wpi0: AHDEMO mode not supported
ifconfig: SIOCIFCREATE2: Operation not supported

if I do wlan1 monitor:

ifconfig: SIOCIFCREATE2: Input/output error
