[Bug 235856] FreeBSD freezes on AWS EC2 t3 machines

Well, the instance is still online. It appears to be in some sort of trouble,
probably since:

Mar 25 03:05:38 zfs01 kernel: nvme1: Missing interrupt
Mar 25 03:07:04 zfs01 syslogd: last message repeated 1 times
Mar 25 03:07:13 zfs01 syslogd: last message repeated 1 times

logging on with ssh works, but there is a huge lag noticable. There is a 5-15
second delay between characters I type on my keyboard and them appearing on the
terminal.

There are no other obvious log entries and top shows:

The NFS clients for this nfs server also seem to be performing their normal
