Well, the instance is still online. It appears to be in some sort of trouble,
probably since:

logging on with ssh works, but there is a huge lag noticable. There is a 5-15
second delay between characters I type on my keyboard and them appearing on the
terminal.
There are no other obvious log entries and top shows:

The NFS clients for this nfs server also seem to be performing their normal

Strange.
