I installed a 11.2 VM on my local Hyper-V host with
http://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/ISO-IMAGES/11.2/FreeBSD-11.2-RELEASE-amd64-dvd1.iso,
and can't reproduce the issue with MLX VF.

I also installed a 12-CURRENT VM on my local Hyper-V host with
http://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/snapshots/ISO-IMAGES/12.0/FreeBSD-12.0-CURRENT-amd64-20180709-r336134-disc1.iso,
and can't repro any panic issue either ("#2: panic in vmbus_msghc_exec()" has
been fixed by r336054)

I used mlx4en_load="YES" in "/boot/loader.conf".

Need to figure out how to reproduce the issue...
