USB_ERR_STALLED on -PRERELEASE when attaching a Galaxy Nexus

I attached another Android device without issue last night, which was
surprising to me.

Today, after updating to r260356, I'm able to plug the device in without
issue. I've not changed any settings on the device as far as I can tell :/
