USB_ERR_TIMEOUT

Also thought about this possibility.
 It happens that I have no device plugged into the USB ports.
 Will is no USB controller module that is being loaded and conflicted?

The error means that a false port event happened. Do any USB devices not work 
or not appear during bootup?
