usb/150401: Errors from USB drives mixed between UFS and ZFS

 My best guess at this point is that this issue is caused strictly by =
 having multiple IO requests out at once. Any operation involving more =
 than one drive at a time is able to produce errors. Hammering on a =
 single drive works fine.
