New USB stack very noisy

So, I was playing with suspend/resume on my laptop to see how well did
the new USB stack cope and I was happy that it survived. However...
it's really noisy.

This is repeated almost a hundred times before a real suspend.
We are probably missing some bits in the uhci_interrupt to cope with
suspend.
