USB Video Class, port/driver?

Is there any ongoing project to create an USB Video Class driver project ..?

Otherwise it seems porting the OpenBSD USB UVC driver is the least cumbersome
path:

Maybe someone could at least convert the kernel interfaces such that there is
something to work with. At least to get started. Improvements could be "later".
