>Description:
My Machine:

i386, IBM Thinkpad R40 with Intel 82801DB/DBL/DBM (ICH4) USB 2.0 controller

Freecom USB-Drive works not with FreeBSD by boot the machine and by hotplug.
(no da0 device)

dmesg:

"umass0: vendor 0x07ab product 0xfccd, rev 2.00/4.36, addr 3
usbd_setup_pipe: failed to start endpoint, IOERROR
device_attach: umass0 attach returned 6"

by disconnect (hotplug) dmesg:

"umass0: at uhub3 port 3 (addr 3) disconnected"

Sandisk USB-Stick (512 MB) works.

Freecom drive works with Linux Kernel 2.6.12 (Gentoo-source) on the same machine
