Help with USB HID protocols

I am developing a device that is using the USB HID protocol, but I have
a few questions about it that I don't see answered very well in the
specification.  They are not freebsd related so I'm not sure where a
good place to ask them would be.  Would this be a good place or is there
some other group/mailing list where I could ask them?
