when USL101 Host-to-Host cable is connected at boot time. After boot is complete cable can be attached without any problem and works fine.

The PC is HP Vectra VL400 DT (Celeron 700/i815)
Another PC (IBM NetVista A30 (Celeron 1700/i845G) shows same behaviour
