Although I do not know so much about usb technology, I would like
to testify here, because: USB seems to be quite modern and quickly
developing (e. g. I could have a USB DSL-modem since one year, but
I conservatively chose an Ethernet connection), so that there
might be a lot of USB related problem reports and requests for
knowledge via a mailing list in the future.
I think, too, that it should be possible to set the category of a
problem report to "usb". In http://www.freebsd.org/send-pr.html,
too (maybe that would happen automatically after your proposed
update has been committed).
Furthermore I think, that the usb mailing list should be mentioned
on
http://www.freebsd.org/search/search.html
