u-boot-a64-olinuxino difference between U-Boot SPL 2019.10 & U-Boot SPL 2019.07

I am working on getting all the gpios on the Olimex a64 board working. You
responded to that post as well, Thanks.  You said I have to change the
overlay to turn on a voltage regulator.  So I did recently build uboot from
the source.  Perhaps that would be a different version, if it rebuilds
loader.efi?
