Adding WITH_DEBUG_SYMBOLS so we get debugging symbols in the system libraries
would still be useful.  Is it possible to grab the binaries from a 10.1 VM and
run them in a 10.2 VM (I realize that might be a bit hacky, but if it's
feasible it might help narrow down what change is causing the regression)?
