Class-Changed-Why: 
sysinstall isn't supported for installation in 9.0 due to changes in the
distribution format, system tools, and release process. It's provided on the
media only for package installation and post-install configuration. It could
possibly be updated to work again from the same media as bsdinstall, so I'm
changing this from a bug report to a feature request.
